Commissioned the company’s first manufacturing facility at Vikasnagar, Dehradun, marking Mahavir Transmission’s strategic transition into manufacturing of Overhead conductors and earth wires.

Undertook a major modernization and capacity expansion initiative at the Vikasnagar facility through installation of advanced machinery, significantly enhancing production capabilities and operational efficiency.

Relocated the corporate headquarters to a modern integrated office in Sector 4, Noida, unifying leadership, strategy, and operations within a collaborative environment designed to drive efficiency and sustainable growth.
Expanding Manufacturing Footprint
Established the company’s second state-of-the-art manufacturing facility at Sikandrabad, Uttar Pradesh, spread across 5 acres, strengthening overhead conductor manufacturing capabilities while introducing in-house Continuous Casting and Rolling (CCR) operations for aluminium and alloy wire rods.
Nationwide Expansion Phase
Achieved approvals from major DISCOMs and electricity boards across India, significantly strengthening Mahavir Transmission’s national presence and industry leadership.
Largest Integrated Manufacturing Facility
Commissioned the company’s largest integrated manufacturing complex at Chhata, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, spanning over 22 acres and integrating production of overhead conductors including AL-59 and High Performance Conductors, cable manufacturing up to 33 KV, and Continuous Casting and Rolling (CCR) operations for aluminium and alloy wire rods.
Advancing Next-Generation Technologies
Entered into a strategic Make in India partnership for the development and distribution of advanced Composite Core Conductors, supporting India’s evolving transmission infrastructure.
Diversification & Future Readiness
Expanded and upgraded the Chhata facility with advanced Continuous Casting and Rolling (CCR) technology for next-generation conductors and cables, while diversifying into manufacturing of XLPE LV and HV cables upto 33 kV.
